Definitely. We work around your preferences and calendar. Our specialty is 3–180 day furnished stays, since shorter-term rentals can often yield more, but we also take on longer-term stays, as well as 'house-sitting style arrangements' where your home is looked after and everything is prepared to your liking in front of your return.
No. We have our own cleaning crew and long-standing vendor relationships. If you already have preferred providers, we are happy to work with them. For many smaller issues, we also offer in-house handyman support, from troubleshooting to resolution.
Yes. We are happy to coordinate with your preferred vendors, and we also have a network of strong licensed professionals we can refer. For many smaller items, we offer in-house handyman support, from troubleshooting to resolution, typically without charge, or for larger/outside of scope, on demand tasks - a very reasonable at cost charge.
Entirely up to you. We can include a very competetive pool and hot tub maintenance plan in our offering, or we coordinate with your current provider if you prefer continuity.
We start with a complimentary onsite assessment and initial consultation. From there, we provide a flat setup fee for design and preparation, depending on scope, your budget, and needs, followed by a transparent performance-aligned management fee.
